Matching Colors, Cool Cosmetics
They're available in a variety of colors to match the interior of your particular vehicle and so you don't have to compromise its cosmetic integrity. This is especially nice for those who lease their vehicles and want to enjoy added bass without the added hassle of messy installations.

High Performance Material
The material in ThunderForm enclosures is a high density polyethylene resin, which is resilient enough to transform into various shapes, yet rigid enough to avoid flexing. It also has enough density to dampen any resonance (No cabinet "ping" allowed).

AMPLIFIED Models: A Totally New Concept in Materials, Design and Manufacturing
On amplified ThunderForm models, we've added an on-board, 200-watt, Class-D amplifier. The amp is highly efficient, and has been designed specifically for the subwoofer in the enclosure. You get deep, low bass, without having to wire in a separate amplifier. MTX Audio's "Smart-Engage" Circuitry (patent pending) eliminates the need to remove your factory head-unit during most installations (now, if you don't know how much time that feature alone will save you, just go sit in your car, and imagine having to tear out the whole dash... and really hope you don't snap any of the clips in there).

Amplified ThunderForm models feature a proprietary woofer design utilizing a .35 ohm for single woofer, (.7 ohm in parallel for dual woofer), long excursion voice coil. This design takes full advantage of the efficiency of Class D amplifier design while delivering powerful, low frequency extension. Add all of these features up, along with over voltage, over current, and voice coil short protection, and you have a unit that looks and operates like it came as an original part of the vehicle. The included wiring kit contains a 20' power harness, gold plated power and ground ring terminals, and a custom-tooled MTX Audio fuse holder.

(Even we did not think it was possible.) Maintaining the side-firing super slot port design, these enclosures are able to produce more bass than any other enclosure in their class. Still constructed using the same high quality ¾" MDF panels and dado/v-groove construction, TR enclosures are as rock solid as the bass they deliver. The improved cosmetic design, beveled corners, two different finishes (matte or gloss), and the addition of the MTX Audio gothic logo make these enclosures look as impressive as they sound. Available loaded with TR series subwoofers, MTX has a solution for anyone that wants an optimized solution that just hits HARD!

The new Terminator, TNP212D amplified bass system, provides all the power you need for a chest pounding audio experience. Combining the sleek looks and power of the Terminator TN250/1 mono block amplifier with an aggressive, sealed enclosure housing two 12" Terminator subwoofers. The Terminator enclosure is ruggedly constructed using 5/8" MDF and aviation grade black carpet with an embroidered Terminator logo. The Terminator subwoofers are capable of handling 200W RMS each and are based on solid construction including 2" voice coils and 48 oz. magnets. The new Amplified Road Thunder loaded enclosures include an on-board, 200 Watt, highly efficient Class D amplifier. The highly efficient amp is optimized for use with the latest subwoofer technology, Road Thunder High-performance subwoofers, which come installed in the enclosure. You get deep, low bass without having to wire in a separate amplifier, and MTX’s Smart Engage™ circuitry eliminates the need to remove the factory head unit during most installs. These enclosures feature a proprietary woofer design utilizing an impedance of .35 ohms for a single woofer, .7 ohm in parallel for dual woofers. With the included EBC (External Bass Control), you can adjust the bass from the driver’s seat.
